My 14weeks as a part-time lecturer for the Illustration and Narrative Studies module in Taylors University College has produced some promising talents! It was a fun time of learning where students were introduced to a variety of media like acrylic and gesso, montage with found objects and digital painting with photoshop among others.
One of the assignments I gave the students was Self-Portrait for a self promotional website, as showcased above. I was very pleased with the results! From top to bottom: Kar Xin, Wen Teng, Didi, Sok Pen and Andy Tan.
With continuous dedication and hard work, I have no doubt these students will have a bright future!
